*You should always have the basic food storage supplies – flour, sugar, oil, salt, baking powder

Granola Bars or

Rice Krispies

butter

honey

brown sugar

+extras for recipe you choose

Broth (chicken, beef or vegie)

Dried mixed vegetables

Thin noodles (This brand has small very thin noodles in little bags – La Moderna

Chili sauce

Soy sauce or liquid aminos

Canned meat (spam, bologna, or ham)

Orange Jell-O (small unless big is needed)

2 15oz cans of pears

1 small can of pineapple tidbits or crushed

1 10oz can of mandarin oranges

Dried hash-browns

Dried bell peppers

Dried eggs

Mix and match items if needed

Tortillas (or make your own)

1 15oz. can of pumpkin

Apple cider vinegar

Vegetable oil

15oz cans of the following beans – garbanzo, green, kidney, yellow wax
