- 15oz can of beef (3-4 people)
- refried beans (HSC, canned, or cooked)
- Dehydrated cheese (1 pint – 2 meals)
- Brown Sugar
- 3 8oz. cans of tomato sauce
- 1 can butter (Alpine Food Storage)
- 2 5oz cans of tuna fish
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- Fruit cups or canned fruit for lunch
- 14oz chick peas or chicken (choose)
- 1 15oz can cranberry sauce
- Raw almonds (optional)
- Chocolate bars
- Freeze dried peaches (dollar store)

*You should always have the basics of flour, sugar, salt, milk powder, oil, and baking soda. I like to also have baking powder.
