Week 4 Shopping List

Spices needed

  • Lemon pepper
  • Chili powder
  • Ground cumin
  • Garlic powder
  • Cinnamon
  • Nutmeg

Shopping List

  • 4oz can of tiny shrimp
  • Dehydrated or freeze-dried  peas
  • Shelf Stable cream
  • Mayonnaise
  • Rice cakes
  • Egg powder (if you don’t have)
  • 15oz can of beef (3-4 people)
  • refried beans (HSC, canned, or cooked)
  • Dehydrated cheese (1 pint – 2 meals)
  • Brown Sugar
  • 3 8oz. cans of tomato sauce
  • 1 can butter (Alpine Food Storage)
  • 2 5oz cans of tuna fish
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • Fruit cups or canned fruit for lunch
  • 14oz chick peas or chicken (choose)
  • 1 15oz can cranberry sauce
  • Raw almonds (optional)
  • Chocolate bars
  • Freeze dried peaches (dollar store)

 

Home Storage Center List

  • Cocoa
  • Refried Beans (if chosen)
  • Dried apples slices
  • Rolled Oats (if you don’t have)
  • Dried onions (if you don’t have)
  • Dried carrots (if you don’t have)
  • Spaghetti bites

 

*You should always have the basics of flour, sugar, salt, milk powder, oil, and baking soda. I like to also have baking powder.
