Week 3 Shopping List

  • 32 oz can or quart of fruit (see recipe)
  • Nuts, dried fruit, extras for mix (see recipe)
  • Dried bananas (freeze dried or home dried in sticks)
  • Pudding cups or a box of your favorite mix
  • Cornmeal (if hushpuppies)
  • Flavorless oil such as safflower, canola, vegitable, corn…
  • Bread and hamburger buns (if you didn’t make it)
  • Dried hashbrowns (if substituting)
  • Spam original (if substituting)
  • Pineapple rings (if substituting)
  • Mayonnaise (2 meals)
  • (condiments for vegi. burger)
  • Parsley flakes
  • Maple syrup (or what you like on French toast)
  • 2+ cans of tuna fish
  • Your favorite pickles
  • Fruit leather
  • Chocolate chips
  • 2 large cans beef stew or 32 oz can of beef +
  • Canned peaches
