Week 2 Shopping List

 

Peanut Butter

2 32 oz jars Applesauce

Individual Fruit Cups (for 2 meals)

Milk or cocoa mix

15 oz can Mandarin oranges

Small bag of craisins

Pecans (small bag for salad)

1 Corn Bread Muffin Mix

1 large pkg of terriaki beef jerky or 1 Costco box of individual packages. (used 2 meals)

Rice (used 2 meals)

Green beans (canned or dried)

Dehydrated or freeze dried egg powder

Milk powder

Raisins

Vanilla extract

Nutmeg

Bag of your favorite chocolate chips

1 15 oz can of chicken or 3 little cans

Poultry seasoning

Chicken broth or bullion

Small box of graham crackers

1 Shelf stable whipping cream

1 15 oz can of corn

1 15oz can of black beans

Vinegar

1 8oz bottle or individual salsa cups

Brown sugar

Mayonnaise (1 cup)

Cumin powder

Dehydrated or freeze dried bell peppers

Can black olives (optional)
