Shopping List

1 12 oz. can of spam or canned ham

1 15 oz. can of salmon

1 15 oz. can of chicken (or 3 5oz cans)

15 oz. can of beef (Walmart)

20 can of pineapple

15oz can mandarin oranges

Applesauce cups

Can of pears

Can of green beans

15 oz. cans of mushroom (or tomato soup)

1  8oz can of tomato sauce

Mini chocolate chips

Vegetable oil

Flax seed

Tiny pasta like alphabets or stars

Pasta of your choice for salad

1 15oz jar cheese whiz

Fruit leather

Brianna’s mandarin dressing or mayonaise

Bag of Lentils for sprouting

Dried potato shreds (WinCo bulk)

Egg powder (WinCo or on line)

Freeze dried cheese (Winco)

Dried corn (Harmon House) – own

Dried peas, or 1 can peas

*Small can of butter powder

Boxed whipping cream (Alpine Storage)

Box of half pint canning jars

Oxygen absorbers (Alpine storage)

Powdered milk

Quick oats

Potato Pearls or flakes

Dried Onions

Can Macaroni

6 Lids

 

*Special Notes – If you and your family prefer instant oatmeal it is OK to use that for short term storage, but remember to keep it in a container other than the box. Also, it isn’t a bad idea to practice, and grow accustomed to using long term storage.

*If you can’t afford to buy all this at once, start at the storage center. Use regular  bell peppers, cheese, and eggs and worry about buying the dried things when your supply is built up and you can add those.

*You may have some of these things. Some of the things you buy will carry over to other weeks.
