When to Start?

Start where you can.

  1. Go home and figure out where you can put your supply this weekend.
  2. Decide for sure the method you want to use. Then organize and act on it.
  3. If you are using the intermittent meal method use my list or some of your own. Buy the ingredients for two meals this week and see if your family will eat them. If they will, buy them again to store. Try two more next week.

You can do this! It isn’t as hard as it seems!
